A Russian drone strike hit central Kyiv before 8am on 25 September, killing a 14-year-old and leaving rescue workers clearing rubble from damaged buildings. Residents said there was little time to react to the air raid sirens, as Russia's increasingly deadly drone attacks also struck logistics facilities and postal infrastructure elsewhere in the city.
