Former West Point cadet sued for drugging girlfriend, forcing abortion

A former West Point cadet of Korean descent who pleaded guilty to secretly drugging his pregnant girlfriend before forcing abortion pills into her body without her consent in 2022 was sued last week over the incident, news reports said Friday. The woman, identified as "Jane Doe" in court filings, filed a civil lawsuit against Caleb T. Suh in New York Supreme Court on Oct. 28, alleging assault and battery and seeking damages. Suh is the son of Dr. Ryung Suh, chief of staff at the Washington, D.C.
